The objectives of the Foundation are:
To support unprivileged and alienated members of society through sporting activities and help them fully reintegrate themselves into their respective communities as contributing members to humanity.
To promote and strengthen physical & mental health among marginalized members of society by instilling sports’ ethical values to develop the necessary skills to become an asset rather than a liability on society
To implement World Health Organization [WHO] strategies in support of excluded and socially unprivileged individuals with the primary goal of stimulating physical, mental and social activity to:
– “To add years to life”, that is, care for life, delaying the onset of disease
– “To add health to life”, that is, to preserve the quality of life and wellbeing, and personal use of the opportunities
– “To add life to years”, that is the concern about the meaning of life – productive life, providing opportunities at the level of the social system
To educate the public as well as the marginalized members of society of the benefits sports can provide to promote I) a social activity, II) social entrepreneurship
To research innovative ways that support the social and professional reintegration of unprivileged people.
